MP congratulates fitness club’s excellent initiative.
John Baron today visited Curves (a woman’s only fitness gym) in Wickford to congratulate them on their ‘Food Drive’. During the month of March non perishable food items are being brought in by current members and new members are having their joining fee waived in exchange for a full bag of items that will be distributed amongst the Salvation Army, Social Services and the Armed forces.
John said:
“This is an excellent initiative from a wonderful club. Our congratulations to the Curves team for helping those less fortunate than ourselves, and for helping their members take care of themselves. There is a great team spirit.”
